MOBILITY ACCESS STATEMENT
Access to Eden Green Guesthouse is via 8 steps with a handrail on the left-hand side leading to the front door.
Located on the ground floor is the:
- Entrance Hall
- Dining Room
- Bedroom 1
- Access to Owners Accommodation
The dining room does not have steps to access it.
Staircase to 1st floor has a handrail on right hand side. 11 steps to half landing and further 6 steps to 1st floor bedrooms.
Staircase to 2nd floor has hand rail on right hand side. 8 steps to half landing and further 8 steps to 2nd floor bedrooms.
All bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities, but these are not adapted to suit physically disabled guests or enable wheelchair access.
All landings and hallway are well lit.
There are no ground floor public toilets.
We do not have facilities to cater for very young children or babies.
There is free unrestricted parking in Blencathra Street and the surrounding roads.
It is an approximately 2 minutes’ walk into Keswick town.
We have tried to be as accurate and include as much detail as we can in our Access Statement and we are always willing to give information on any aspect of the Guesthouse if this statement does not answer your particular query.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All guests, by making a booking, agree to these terms and conditions and agree to be personally liable for amounts arising during their stay. Final settlement should be made by credit/debit card or cash. We do not accept payment by cheque.
No Hen or Stag parties
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you would like an alternative check in time please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate.
Check out is at 10.00 a.m.
We appreciate that sometimes guests may have to alter or cancel their travel arrangements and if this is the case we will try and resell the room allowing the refund of the deposit. If this is not possible our cancellation policy is below:
If the guest cancels the reservation 30 days prior to arrival the deposit of one night’s stay is non-refundable, however we reserve the right to allow the deposit to be used for a future booking or refund in certain circumstances.
Within 7 days prior to arrival date a “no-show” or a cancellation, the full value of the booking will become payable.
We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for bank holidays, special events or busy periods.
If a guest decides to cut short their stay the guest will be liable for the whole of the booked stay.

Please consider taking out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
